“pxl·uchi” (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a real-estate website and marketing platform operated by CityPOV Interactive Inc., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada; “pxl·uchi” is a trade name of that company. You can reach us at hello@pxluchi.ca. This policy applies to pxluchi.ca, our studio and onboarding tools, and the realtor websites we host and power.
From our customers (REALTORS® and their teams): name, email, phone, brokerage and licensing details, profile content and images, website content you provide, and billing information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
From visitors to sites we power (potential leads): the information a visitor chooses to submit through a contact, valuation, or inquiry form — such as name, email, phone, message, and the property or neighbourhood they’re interested in — plus, where enabled, engagement signals like listings viewed, favourited, or saved searches.
Collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and similar analytics gathered through cookies and comparable technologies.
We share personal information only as needed to run the service, with providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. These include: GoHighLevel (CRM, messaging, and billing workflows), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Resend (transactional email). We do not sell your personal information.
MLS® listing content displayed on our sites is sourced from the CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and is subject to the terms of the relevant real-estate boards and associations. “REALTOR®”, “MLS®”, and related marks are trademarks of The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real-estate professionals who are members of CREA. Listing data is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be reproduced except as permitted.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the sites work.
When a visitor submits a form on a site we power, that information is delivered to the REALTOR® (our customer) who owns and operates that site, so they can respond. That REALTOR® is responsible for how they use the information under their own privacy practices and applicable law.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, or to unsubscribe from marketing, email us at hello@pxluchi.ca. We’ll respond as required by applicable law, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and B.C.’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date; material changes may be communicated by additional notice.
