“{pxl_uchi}” (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a real-estate website and marketing platform operated by CityPOV Interactive Inc., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada; “{pxl_uchi}” is a trade name of that company. You can reach us at hello@pxluchi.ca. This policy applies to pxluchi.ca, our studio and onboarding tools, and the realtor websites we host and power.
From our customers (REALTORS® and their teams): name, email, phone, brokerage and licensing details, profile content and images, website content you provide, and billing information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
From visitors to sites we power (potential leads): the information a visitor chooses to submit through a contact, valuation, or inquiry form — such as name, email, phone, message, and the property or neighbourhood they’re interested in — plus, where enabled, engagement signals like listings viewed, favourited, or saved searches.
Collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and similar analytics gathered through cookies and comparable technologies.
We share personal information only as needed to run the service, with providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. These include: GoHighLevel (CRM, messaging, and billing workflows), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Resend (transactional email). We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information is stored. Our database and file storage are hosted with Supabase on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in the United States. Some of the providers listed above also store or process information outside Canada. Information held in another country is subject to the laws of that country, and may be accessible to its courts and law-enforcement or regulatory authorities. We use providers who commit to appropriate contractual safeguards for information transferred for processing on our behalf. If you would like more detail about our practices for transfers, contact us using the details in section 14.
MLS® listing content displayed on our sites is sourced from the CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and is subject to the terms of the relevant real-estate boards and associations. “REALTOR®”, “MLS®”, and related marks are trademarks of The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real-estate professionals who are members of CREA. Listing data is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be reproduced except as permitted.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the sites work.
When a visitor submits a form on a site we power, that information is delivered to the REALTOR® (our customer) who owns and operates that site, so they can respond. That REALTOR® is responsible for how they use the information under their own privacy practices and applicable law.
Emails from a REALTOR®. If you ask a REALTOR® to email you homes or a market report through a site we power, those emails record when they are opened and which links in them you tap, and the REALTOR® who sent them can see that. Some mail apps open every email by themselves as it arrives, so “opened” doesn’t always mean you read it, and we tell the REALTOR® it was opened, not read.
Homes you look at after tapping one of those emails. The links in those emails carry a short code, so that when you tap through to that REALTOR®’s website, the website can tell it is you. From then on, in that browser and on that website only, each home you open there is recorded for that REALTOR®: which home, and when. We don’t record the other pages you visit. The code comes out of the address bar as soon as the page opens, stays only in that browser, stops working after 90 days, and can’t be used to see anything about you.
How to stop it. Press “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of those emails, or change what you get with “Manage what you get”. Once you have unsubscribed, nothing you open, tap or look at is recorded for that REALTOR® any more, even from an email you already have. Clearing your browser’s data for the REALTOR®’s website also removes the code from that browser.
If you are a REALTOR® using the {pxl_uchi} Studio, you can choose to connect your own Google account so that your leads show up in your phone’s contacts and your follow-ups land in your calendar. This is optional, only you can switch it on, and it is never done for visitors to the sites we power.
What we access. When you connect, Google asks you to let {pxl_uchi} manage your contacts (through the Google People API) and your calendars (through the Google Calendar API). You sign in with Google; we never see your password.
What we use it for. Only to keep your Studio and your phone in step:
What we store. The sign-in token Google gives us, encrypted, so the connection keeps working without asking you again; the Google email address you connected with; and, for each lead, the ID of its contact and calendar event. We do not store your other contacts or your other calendar events. We never use your Google data for advertising, we never sell it, and we do not use it to develop or train AI or machine-learning models.
Who can see it. Your Google data is written to your own Google account. The copy we hold is visible only to you and the people on your team’s Studio account, and is stored with the providers named in section 4. Our staff do not read it unless you ask us for help with a problem.
Disconnecting. Press Disconnect on the Team page of your Studio, or remove {pxl_uchi} from your Google account’s third-party access page. We cancel our access with Google at the same moment and stop reading or writing to your account. The contacts and events already in your Google account stay yours; delete them there if you don’t want them. The connection record is deleted when you are removed from the Studio, or sooner if you email hello@pxluchi.ca.
Limited Use. {pxl_uchi}’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, or to unsubscribe from marketing, email us at hello@pxluchi.ca. We’ll respond as required by applicable law, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and B.C.’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date; material changes may be communicated by additional notice.
